Trout, with a number of good pools and occasional sea trout in September. Easy fishing with many habitat improvements undertaken by the owners. Can drop to low levels in dry summers. The beat holds good numbers of trout with the odd larger fish - best trout in ‘07 was a lovely 1.5lb with plenty in the 10”-13” bracket and several daytime peal.
