Description:
A lovely trout beat with good stocks of larger fish to 16” or so. Has an excellent mayfly hatch in early June. Fairly heavily shaded in places so fishing from within the river and casting under the trees is essential to cover this beat effectively. Has fished consistently well in previous seasons with several 1lb+ fish caught every year. Prone to discolouration following heavy rainfall, however one angler caught it right last year in between spates with 26 trout in one session!

Restrictions:
Dogs allowed under close control. Fly only. No more than 2 trout to be retained per day.
