27) Clam End
(2 tokens) (Trout 16 March – 30 September, Salmon 1 March – 14 October, Grayling 16 June – 31 October)

600m of left hand single bank. A lovely and secluded short stretch of the Inny with good trout and grayling fishing plus salmon and sea trout from mid May. This stretch is in the middle of a steep section of the river where the valley tightens. This has created three good holding pools for salmon and sea trout especially the pool above the weir. The rest of the river is lovely pocket water that will fish well for trout and the odd sea trout. Anglers reported some good trout fishing last year (best fish 1lb) and some small peal although high summer levels meant fish were not holding as much as previous years.
