1200m left hand bank. This is a secluded stretch of river with varied river morphology and some lovely big pools. Good trout and sea trout fishing with the chance of salmon given enough water. Generally fished best in April, May, June and September. Good spates in August can provide excellent fishing for peal (take care if fishing by night as it is easy to get disorientated). Av. catch last season was 2.8 fish/rod with trout to 11” and peal to 14”. Trimming out last winter and new signs have improved access.
