Description:
This is a secluded stretch of river with varied river morphology and some lovely big pools. The beat was trimmed this winter. Good trout and sea trout fishing with the chance of salmon given enough water. Generally fished best in April, May, June and September. Good spates in August can provide excellent fishing for peal (take care if fishing by night as it is easy to get disorientated). Average catch in 2008 of 2 fish/visit with a specimen brownie of 18”!

Restrictions:
Spinning for salmon allowed before 1 April then fly only. No more than 1 salmon, 2 trout or 2 sea trout to be retained in a day. No dogs.
